Treba places Kenyan professionals with UK businesses across finance, legal, AI operations, customer experience, and technical support. We're a UK-registered Employer of Record. You would be employed by Treba in Kenya and placed with a UK client team.

We're early-stage. Applications are reviewed as client engagements generate matched briefs. Not every application will result in a placement.

What we look for

ACCA-qualified or studying, LLB, or equivalent professional credential; strong written English; attention to detail

AI Data & Knowledge Ops

Roles we place in

Data labellers, annotation specialists, RLHF reviewers, transcription specialists, market researchers, ML ops assistants

What we look for

Bachelor's degree; English fluency; comfort with structured protocols; prior annotation or research experience preferred

Digital CX

Roles we place in

Customer support agents, chat agents, customer success, trust & safety, fintech support

What we look for

Excellent written and spoken English; customer-facing experience; calm communication under pressure

Specialised Tech

Roles we place in

QA testers, developer support, CAD/BIM technicians, logistics coordinators, e-commerce operations, media production

What we look for

Role-specific technical skills; Bachelor's degree or professional certification; portfolio or demonstrable work

The bar

What we look for

Our hiring process is described in full on our How We Hire page. In brief, we place specialists into regulated UK businesses. That means every Treba hire needs to meet a specific bar.

    Willingness to work UK business hours from Nairobi (GMT+3, roughly 11am–8pm EAT for a UK 9am–5pm workday in summer)

What happens after you apply

The full sequence from confirmation to offer. Most candidates do not progress beyond the review stage — we contact only when a client engagement matches.

If your profile matches an active brief, a Treba recruiter will reach out for a 20-minute initial screen call.
