Is there a minimum contract length?

EOR engagements require 30 days’ notice to scale down. There are no exit fees. Managed Services contracts are defined per project or on rolling monthly terms.

Can I switch between EOR and Managed Services?

Yes. Several clients start on Managed Services to test output quality, then transition specific roles to EOR once they want deeper integration.

Treba provides two engagement models for UK companies hiring operational talent in Kenya: Employer of Record (EOR) and Managed Services. Under EOR, Treba acts as the legal employer while the client retains full daily management; under Managed Services, Treba manages the team against SLA-backed KPIs and delivers outputs, not headcount.

Both models include payroll, tax compliance, IDTA-backed data transfer, and access to Treba's pre-vetted talent pool — with the same 14-day onboarding timeline.
