We place vetted Kenyan professionals into UK businesses. We're hiring Ecommerce Operations Associates to run day-to-day marketplace operations for a high-volume UK online retailer selling across ten major channels. You'll work UK business hours on our GMT+3 team, inside the client's own tools, as part of a managed pod led by a Treba team lead.

The work

Clear order exceptions daily across every assigned channel, resolving issues before they reach the customer
Chase suppliers for dispatch confirmation and upload valid tracking within SLA
Work inside seller portals to hold account health metrics — late dispatch rate, valid tracking rate, response time
Identify suppressed listings, feed errors, and category-mapping issues, and route them to the listings specialist
Escalate risks to account standing — suppression, delisting, buy-box loss — to the team lead

You should have

2+ years running ecommerce or marketplace seller operations
Hands-on experience with at least one seller platform (Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or a channel manager such as Linnworks or ChannelAdvisor)
Sharp attention to detail and comfort working to SLAs and metrics
Strong written English, and a reliable home setup as backup — primary work is on-site in Westlands
Experience across multiple UK marketplaces, or with returns, disputes, and chargebacks, is an advantage
