Treba is expanding its talent pool for ecommerce back-office placements with UK online retailers.
This is a talent pool registration. It is not a live vacancy with an immediate start. We're building our pool of ecommerce operations assistantcandidates ahead of upcoming client placements, and we'll contact you when a matching brief opens.
The work
- Product listing creation and catalogue management (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central)
- Order processing, returns handling, and inventory updates
- Customer query resolution on marketplace platforms
- Basic reporting on sales, stock, and listing performance
You should have
- 1+ years in ecommerce operations, virtual assistance, or online retail admin
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, or eBay back-ends
- Excel/Sheets competence for bulk uploads and reporting
- Sharp written English for customer-facing responses
