LinkedIn Communications & Thought Leadership Specialist
- Nairobi
- On-site
- Specialised Tech
- Mid-level
Treba is hiring an exceptional LinkedIn Communications & Thought Leadership Specialist to shape how we communicate with UK business leaders, potential clients, industry partners, and professional talent. This is a strategic B2B communications role—not a traditional social media position focused mainly on graphics, trends, or entertainment. You will manage Treba’s company page and selected leadership profiles in a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with an immediate start.
The work
- Develop and manage Treba’s LinkedIn content strategy across the company page and selected founder and leadership profiles.
- Turn company expertise, client conversations, research, case studies, service information, and industry developments into credible posts, content series, carousels, article introductions, and short-form thought leadership.
- Position Treba as an authority on outsourcing, remote teams, UK–Kenya business, talent, customer experience, finance, legal support, AI data operations, and technical services.
- Interview internal team members and leadership, then repurpose reports, website content, presentations, case studies, and sales materials into clear, engaging LinkedIn content.
- Engage professionally with UK founders, executives, HR and operations leaders, business communities, and industry organisations through relevant comments, replies, mentions, and direct messages.
- Support social selling by aligning LinkedIn communication with target accounts, outbound campaigns, commercial priorities, and Treba’s brand voice.
- Maintain an organised content calendar, monitor relevant conversations and content opportunities, and report on audience quality, engagement, profile visits, enquiries, and pipeline influenced.
You should have
- 3+ years of experience in B2B communications, LinkedIn content, public relations, editorial writing, content marketing, social media, or thought leadership.
- Exceptional written English, with strong grammar, structure, clarity, proofreading skills, and professional judgement.
- Demonstrable experience writing LinkedIn content for companies, founders, executives, or professional brands, with a strong understanding of B2B audiences and relationship-building on LinkedIn.
- Strong research, interviewing, editing, and content-repurposing skills, including the ability to make complex business topics clear, engaging, and commercially credible.
- Sound judgement around brand voice, reputation, tone, context, and audience, plus the ability to work independently, manage a content calendar, and meet publishing deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and confidence using performance data to improve content; experience with executive profiles, UK business audiences, Sales Navigator, carousels, newsletters, video scripts, design tools, account-based marketing, or AI-assisted research is an advantage.
What Treba offers
- Own a central communications role working closely with Treba’s founders, senior leadership, and sales team.
- Build a distinctive professional voice that earns relevant engagement and relationships with UK decision-makers.
- Create measurable impact across sales, recruitment, employer branding, partnerships, and market positioning.
- Help establish Kenya as a credible, high-value destination for specialised business operations while growing Treba’s visibility in the UK market.
